Data we collect
When you request a quote or booking, or write to us, we receive: your name, phone number (and WhatsApp), your email if provided, pick-up places, dates and times, number of passengers and bags, your flight number if any, and your message. If you leave a review, we receive your name, country and comment.
Why we use it
- To send you a quote and confirm the booking;
- to organise the ride (driver, vehicle, times) and reach you on the day;
- to answer your messages and publish the reviews you chose to share.
We send no advertising and never sell any data.
Who receives it
Only the booking team and the driver assigned to your ride see the information they need. Data is stored by the website’s hosting provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation also goes through that service.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Completed bookings are kept as long as needed for follow-up and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses one technical session cookie, required to secure the forms. If audience measurement is enabled, it only counts visits and contact requests, without sending your name, phone number or email.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, for EU residents, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@taximarocbooking.com. You may also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
