Booking and cancellation terms
Quote, confirmation, payment, waiting time, luggage and cancellation: everything to know before booking.
1. Request and quote
Send us your trip from the website, by phone or WhatsApp. We reply as quickly as possible with a fixed price and the proposed vehicle. The price covers the private vehicle, the driver, fuel and motorway tolls.
2. Confirmation
The booking is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (WhatsApp, email or text message). You then receive a summary with your booking reference.
3. Payment
No online payment is required. The agreed price is paid to the driver on the day of the ride, using the method stated in the confirmation. For multi-day tours a deposit may be requested; it is then stated in the quote.
4. Meeting point and waiting time
- Airport: the driver tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. 60 minutes of waiting are included after landing; a delayed flight costs nothing extra.
- Hotel, riad or address: the driver arrives at the agreed time; 15 minutes of waiting are included.
5. Passengers, luggage and child seats
Please give the exact number of passengers and suitcases so we can choose the right vehicle. For groups larger than one vehicle we provide several vehicles. Child seats are available on request; mention them when booking.
6. Changes and cancellation
You can change the time or address by letting us know as early as possible. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged for costs already incurred (the driver’s journey); the amount is stated in the confirmation.
7. Travel times and itineraries
Travel times are indicative and depend on traffic, weather and stops. Tour itineraries can be adjusted with you before and during the trip.
